These details must be completed before the first invoice is issued. Until then, the site does not comply with Article 10 of the Spanish LSSI.

Purpose

Kommu is a communication and organisation service for private communities: residents' associations, schools and Parent Associations, companies, clubs and societies. Access is limited to people authorised by each community.

Terms of use

• The user agrees to use the service in accordance with the law and in good faith.
• Content published within a community is the responsibility of whoever publishes it.
• It is forbidden to extract, disseminate or reuse other members' personal data outside the community.

Intellectual property

The software, the Kommu brand, the text and the site's design belong to its owner. Content published by each community remains its own.

Contracting

Paid plans are purchased by card through Stripe. Prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise; the applicable VAT is calculated at the time of payment. The subscription is monthly, with no minimum term, and can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
